6:15 - arrival time for usher volunteers

6:45 - run-through of Hallelujah Chorus in the chapel 

I recommend arriving NO LATER than 7:00 to get a decent parking spot

There is a church service that will end around 6:00. I would not recommend arriving before 6:15 to avoid the traffic of church-goers leaving. 

 

Where: St. Andrew Catholic Church, 1400 Inglewood Ave, Rochester

The "cry room" has been designated as a place for us to warm up. We'll be seated in the balcony while we wait for our turn to play. You may either leave your case and/or coat in the cry room or keep it with you in the balcony, but I would recommend keeping purses and valuables in the balcony as the cry room will not be monitored.

Details: Rochester Community Christmas Concert. We'll play two relatively short pieces. Other groups from around the area will also be performing. The entire concert will end with a mass performance of the Hallelujah Chorus.

Admission: Free, with a goodwill offering. This is a very popular concert, if you have friends or family who wish to attend, they should arrive early to get good seating. Some years have been standing room only. ​

Dress: All black, feel free to add a festive accent (holiday tie, scarf, jewelry, etc.)
